By accessing or using ProofReady, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Description of service

ProofReady provides AI-generated formative feedback on student assessment drafts. The platform is designed to support learning and is not a substitute for teacher judgement or formal assessment marking.

User accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Teachers are responsible for the assessment tasks they create and share with students.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems.
• Misrepresent AI-generated feedback as a formal assessment outcome.

Intellectual property

Users retain ownership of the content they submit. ProofReady retains ownership of the platform, its design, and underlying technology.

Limitation of liability

ProofReady is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated feedback. ProofReady shall not be liable for any decisions made on the basis of feedback provided by the platform.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
