ProofReady is an educational feedback tool. We are committed to protecting the privacy of students, teachers, and all users of our platform.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and role (teacher or student) provided at registration.
• Assessment data: task descriptions, marking criteria, and student draft submissions entered into the platform.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the service.

How we use your information

• To provide AI-generated formative feedback on student drafts.
• To allow teachers to create and manage assessment tasks.
• To improve and maintain the platform.

Data storage and security

Data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI processing

Student submissions are processed by AI to generate feedback. Submissions are not used to train AI models and are not retained by AI providers beyond the duration of the request.

Data retention

Account and assessment data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
